My contribution.
Interface & API integration
- Built the AWS Comprehend interface within a team website showcasing AI/ML services for text, images, and speech.
- Connected text-file uploads to AWS API Gateway using REST requests and rendered sentiment, language, and key-phrase results.
Reuse & collaboration
- Developed a reusable upload component and collaborated with the AWS Cloud Coalition team through weekly sprints and Kanban.
THE RESULT
First place in the project competition.
Earned first place with the team in the Seattle University project competition. Built the text-analysis experience that connected file uploads to AWS Comprehend and presented language, sentiment, and key-phrase results.
